Assured Labor revolutionizes hiring in emerging markets. The service leverages the power of mobile phones and the Internet to rapidly connect employers with the best mid-to-low wage candidates in their area. Assured Labor's disruptive platform is optimized for the realities of the Emerging Markets where 3 of 4 Internet users access the web sporadically and nearly everyone has a cell phone. The company's Latin American brands, EmpleoListo & TrabalhoJá, are amongst the fastest growing recruitment services in Mexico and Brazil.
There are over 4.5 billion mobile subscriptions in the Emerging Markets but only 1.5 billion Internet users. Assured Labor seeks to equip over 3 billion people with a better means to find work. Founded at the MIT MediaLab, Assured Labor's management team includes: wireless, media, recruitment and startup veterans who are passionate about improving the way people find jobs.
Assured Labor's technology flips the recruitment model. Our platform identifies and proactively reaches out to the best candidates through text-message so that they can apply instantly - providing better candidates, faster for less.
Employers seeking candidates simply input their job description into our website. Our service then identifies the best candidates within our database and proactively reaches out to them via text-message and email alerting them to the position. Additionally the position is posted on our Job Board. Assured Labor's system returns more high quality candidates than any alternative service for a lower price.
Candidates seeking work can register at any computer. Once registered candidates receive text-messages when a company posts a local position they are highly qualified for. The candidate can then apply by simply texting back or calling into a Voice Prescreening phone number.
According to eMarketer 66% to 80% of Internet users in Latin America access the web outside of their home and only sporadically. Assured Labor's ability to reach job seekers wherever they are at any time of the day stands as a huge advantage.
Assured Labor is privately funded Delaware C-Corporation headquartered in New York City. The company has offices in São Paulo and Mexico City.

Assured Labor launched its local brand, TrabalhoJá, in Brazil in mid-2012. TrabalhoJá is the first service and only service in Brazil optimized for mobility or focused on mid-to-low wage full-time jobs.
TrabalhoJá is also proud to be one of the few services in Brazil to offer its service free of charge to job seekers. In Brazil the many job sites charge job seekers up to $50 per month to apply to jobs. As you’d imagine this expense has kept the majority of mid-to-low wage job seekers out of the digital recruitment market. TrabalhoJá is opening the door to any job seeker. With over 100% mobile penetration Assured Labor stands poised to disrupt the red hot recruitment market in Brazil.
